Alongside Else Digital, Sanchit co-founded IndiaGardening — a 3-year-old e-commerce company selling plants and gardening supplies, built from a genuine love for nature and the outdoors.
Over 11.5+ years, Sanchit has built not just companies but cultures — ones where people grow, take ownership, and show up. He runs weekly intern workshops, leads from the front on AI adoption, and believes deeply that the best leaders build systems, not dependencies.
